Disney’s Newport Bay Club Hotel at Disneyland Resort Paris is one of the seven official Disney hotels. It sits on the edge of Lake Disney on the opposite side to the Hotel New York. The Newport Bay Club is a three-star venue, within walking distance of the Disney Village and the resort’s two theme parks. Guests of this hotel can reach the parks in several ways. They can enjoy a gentle stroll around Lake Disney, which takes approximately 15 minutes and brings you out to the Village, or they can take the Village shuttle train for a small charge, which is always popular with the little ones. The third option is to hop on the complimentary shuttle, which departs to the resort entrance every 10 minutes or so.
The Newport Bay Club Hotel at Disneyland Paris is designed with a maritime ambience, akin to a period New England building. The nautical detailing on the exterior of this lakeside hotel is particularly impressive. This is one of the largest hotels at the European resort, with just under 1100 bedrooms. Given the size of the venue, guests may find that some of the rooms are a substantial walk from the lobby. The rooms themselves are furnished in a corresponding blue and white theme. The Admiral’s Floor level is a popular upgrade, with better views and more facilities.
The Newport Bay Club Hotel at Disneyland Paris has two large restaurants, within which guests can enjoy a continental buffet breakfast and either a European or seafood-style dinner. Pre-booking is recommended at all times. There are also two bars at the hotel for evening drinks. This three-star Disney hotel is also well equipped with leisure facilities. There are two swimming pools, one indoor and one outdoor, as well as a gym and a choice of children’s play areas. This is a popular mid-range family hotel. It benefits from a good location reasonably close to the heart of the Disney resort, but without the price tags of the stylish Hotel New York or the extravagant Disneyland Hotel.
